cup, tape, scrape

Cupping/MFD (myofascial decompression) uses negative pressure to pull tissue away from an area of restriction to aid in tissue glide, circulation, pain relief and recovery. Taping applies K-tape to your body to gently lift your skin that creates a microscopic space between your tissues to help with pain and swelling. Also adds support to muscles and joints, improve posture and increase athletic performance. Scraping uses medical grade steel tools to treat fascial restrictions, tendonitis and scar tissue.
